Do I need my wholesaler to sign up first?

Yes. Store Catalog is a wholesaler-managed platform. Your retailer account is created and invited by your wholesaler. If your wholesaler isn't on the platform yet, you can refer them to our wholesaler plans.

Can I manage multiple store locations?

Yes. The Professional and Enterprises plans let you manage multiple store locations under a single retailer account. Each store has its own team, wishlist, and shopping cart.

Can I see products from multiple wholesalers?

Each retailer account is connected to one wholesaler. If you work with multiple wholesalers, you would have a separate retailer account for each one.

How do custom jewelry requests work?

You submit a custom request through the platform — including customer reference images and specifications. The wholesaler's designer collaborates with you directly, sharing 3D models and tracking job status at every stage.

What products will I see in my catalog?

Only the products your wholesaler has assigned to your retailer account or retailer group. Some collections may be exclusive to you; others may be shared across the wholesaler's retailer network.

Can I add multiple users to my stores?

Yes. You can invite team members as Store Managers or Sales Representatives. User limits depend on your plan tier: 3 per store on Lite and Starter, 10 per store on Professional, unlimited on Enterprises.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — all retailer plans include a 15-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Lite to Starter to Professional, or contact us to move to an Enterprises plan, at any time. Your data, stores, and order history are always preserved.
